Relaxation Massage

Is exactly what the name implies it is strictly for the purposes of  "R&R" rest and relaxation. The massage is tailor-made to each client's individual needs. Particular attention is paid to the areas of the body that require most attention and whether the client desires a more relaxing or more invigorating effect.

The  relaxation massage is intended to promote an over-all sense of well-being, in body, mind and spirit.

Ayurvedic Foot Massage

Ayurveda states that Foot Massage is to Disease as an Eagle is to a Snake! Because of all the vital points and meridians present in the foot, a good foot massage can have the therapeutic and rejuvenating effect of a full body massage, but requires just taking your shoes and socks off!

Do not expect pressure on specific acupressure or reflexology points as for most types of foot massage. This traditional Indian foot massage uses a variety of flowing movements which serve to unblock energy channels and stimulate circulation. The technique is performed with the hands and also with the use of a Kasa, a small bowl made from a specific combination of metals.

Ideal for tired feet, this massage is guaranteed to make you feel like you're walking on air!

Thai Massage

Thai Massage is a traditional form of bodywork in which the practitioner guides the recipient into various passive yoga postures linked together in a flowing series, applying acupressure with hands and feet, arms and legs along the body's energy lines (called "sen" lines). this is a 60 - 90 minute full body treatment (performed on the floor on a mat in comfortable clothing) that encourages a release of tension and greater flexibility in muscles and joints, improves immune and circulatory system functioning, and encourages body and mind towards energetic balance.
